Diffraction Ltd, founded in 1989, operates a 14,000 square foot research and development facility in Waitsfield, Vermont. Diffraction's labs are equipped to perform custom photomask design, mask product development and lithography systems integration, as well as electro-optics development and testing. Co-founder, Bill Parker, presented an overview of the company's history with high-tech research.
